Our Story
Impactful was founded in 2025 with a simple mission: to boost volunteering among young people aged 13-30. We saw that many people help others every day without thinking of it as volunteering, and we wanted to change that.
Today, Impactful Hub is the ecosystem connecting young people across the UK with opportunities to get involved. We are home to Impactful, our AI-powered volunteering app, and Impactful Connect, the free platform for organisations to reach the next generation of volunteers.
Our platform makes it easy to turn everyday moments of compassion into meaningful action, track your impact, and get recognized for the contribution you make.

Safeguarding is central to everything we do. Our platform includes age-appropriate content moderation, in-app reporting tools, and DBS check management for organisations. We follow UK safeguarding best practices and work closely with organisations to ensure young people can volunteer safely.
