How to contact the Impactful team for help with technical issues, billing, approvals, and general enquiries.

Getting Support

If you need help with Impactful Connect, our support team is here to assist. Whether you have a technical issue, a billing question, or need help getting your organisation approved, you can reach us through the contact form.

Contact Form

To submit a support request:

  1. Navigate to Contact Us in the sidebar (under the Support section)
  2. Select a reason for your enquiry from the dropdown
  3. Fill in the form fields
  4. Click Submit

Enquiry Reasons

Choose the reason that best matches your question:

General enquiriesQuestions about Impactful, how the platform works, or anything not covered by other categories
Technical supportIssues with the portal, app, or platform functionality (bugs, errors, loading problems)
Billing & subscriptionsQuestions about your plan, payments, invoices, or upgrading (visible when subscriptions are enabled)
Organisation approval requestsIf you need help getting your organisation reviewed or approved
Media and pressMedia enquiries, press requests, or partnership proposals
Unlock more featuresRequests to access additional capabilities or upgrade your plan

Form Fields

  • Reason (required) — select from the dropdown
  • Name (required) — your name
  • Email (pre-filled) — your account email address
  • Subject (required) — a brief summary of your enquiry
  • Message (required) — the details of your request

After submitting, you will see a success confirmation. Our team will respond to your enquiry via email.

Impactful Mobile App

The Support section in the sidebar also includes information about the Impactful mobile app. This is useful for directing young people or colleagues to download the app:

  • iOS — available on the App Store
  • Android — available on Google Play

Tip: Share the app download links with young people after they register for your activities, so they can track their progress and earn Impact Coins.

Release Log

Stay up to date with the latest platform changes by checking the release log. Access it from your user profile menu under Help. It shows recent updates, new features, and improvements to Impactful Connect.

Additional Help

Guided Tours

Most pages in Impactful Connect include a Help button that replays the guided tour for that section. This is a quick way to get oriented with a feature without contacting support.
