What Impactful Connect is

Impactful Connect is the web portal your organisation works in. Charities, community groups and businesses use it to publish activities, take registrations, build a membership, and see what came of it all. Sign in at connect.impactfulhub.com.

It sits alongside the Impactful app, which is where volunteers find you. Anything you publish in Connect is what they see, so the two are one thing rather than two products to keep in step.

Where to start

If you are setting up for the first time, these three in order will get you live:

1. Setting up your organisation is the profile volunteers see before they decide whether to join you. Nothing else works properly until it is complete.
2. Creating and managing activities covers events, informal activities and ideas, from draft through to published.
3. Managing registrations is what happens once people start signing up: approvals, consent forms and attendance.

After that, the full list of guides is grouped by what you are trying to do, from locations and opportunities through to team roles and the activity log.
